Dennis Lin’s work suggests an unresolved tension between natural materials and human intervention, through the sculptural application of design principals. Working in a wide array of materials, including reclaimed wood, the artist examines both the delicacy and resistance of the natural world in relation to the synthetic tendencies of its human counterpart. Lin’s works are prominently held in several corporate and private collections.
